Returns & Exchanges – Ozelies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, don't worry: you have 15 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange request.
🔁 Return conditions
For the return to be accepted:

The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

It must be returned in its original packaging , with all labels intact.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
⚠️ Sale or personalized items are neither returned nor exchanged , except in the event of a defect.
📦 Return procedure

Send an email to contact@ozelies.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.

Return items within 7 days of approval.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
🔄 Exchanges
If you would like an exchange (size, color, identical item), please specify this in your email. The exchange will be sent upon receipt and validation of the return, subject to stock availability.
💸 Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days , via the original payment method.
